There are around 400 students aged 15 – 19 in Wojciech Kętrzyński Secondary School in Kętrzyn.
The main profile classes are: mathematical and physical (engineering), mathematical and geographical (business and economy), humanities (journalism and law), biological and chemical (medical), language and IT. Students choose a profile which they find suitable for themselves and follow a set of subject taught at the extended level.
Thanks to the possibility of studying subjects at the extended level and owing to the motivation evoked by the teachers, the students of our school succeed in education and develop their interests.
Since the period of 2014 – 2019 we had 82 laureates and 81 finalists of national competitions in various subjects: Polish, history, knowledge of society, mathematics, physics, German, English, geography, chemistry, biology, Russian, knowledge of safety, philosophy, literature and culture of Polish Jews.
